Susanna joined Colts Head Veterinary Services in 1988 after working in veterinary pharmaceutical sales. She attended Delaware Valley College as an Animal Science major. While in college she worked as a veterinary assistant at a large equine practice in Pennsylvania. Susanna enjoys spending time with family, riding her dressage prospect, cooking, reading, and studying film. She is married with two children, two horses, two dogs, a flock of chickens and several barn cats that coincidentally live in the house.

Mary has been with Colts Head Veterinary Services since 2001. Prior to joining the practice, Mary worked at a hunter/jumper farm for several years. In her free time, she trains her three Welsh ponies, competes at breed shows, and trail rides. She lives in Toms River.
Kristi joined Colts Head Veterinary Services in 2015 as our new fulltime secretary. You might even have the pleasure of meeting her as she jumps in as an assistant when needed! She comes to us with extensive equine experience; a lifetime equestrian, riding instructor and trainer. She has coordinated clinics and events, managed show and training barns, worked for a farrier supply store and shown in a variety of disciplines. A Washington state native, she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Equine Sciences with a Minor in Business from Colorado State University. In her free time she enjoys starting young horses under saddle and staying active by running, hiking, and camping with her Alaskan Malamute Kalada.
